Refund Policy

- Refunds will be issued on a case by case basis.

- Parties can reschedule the mediation if the invoice is not paid in full 14 days before the mediation. We reserve the right to cancel and keep deposits if proper arrangements aren't made.

- No refunds will be issued if parties do not meet at scheduled time. Parties will forfeit the deposit and fees paid.

- Refunds will not be issued if both parties do not reach an agreement.
